1. Services

Clear Ops & Hauling provides property clean-out, hauling, item removal, green waste removal, and brush clearing services for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are provided digitally, in person, or by phone and are based on the information provided at the time of the request.

• Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally described (additional items, increased volume, access issues, etc.).

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify Clear Ops & Hauling as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a service. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear and safe access to the items being removed

• Identifying items that should not be removed

• Obtaining permission from property owners, landlords, or HOAs if required

Clear Ops & Hauling is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or lack of authorization.

 

5. Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals or hazardous waste

• Explosives or ammunition

• Medical or biohazard materials

If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please contact us prior to service.

 

6. Damage & Liability

Clear Ops & Hauling takes care to perform services safely and professionally. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage caused by structural weakness, hidden hazards, or improper access

• Items removed with client authorization

Any concerns must be reported immediately upon completion of service.

 

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Clear Ops & Hauling and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

8. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect personal information.
